Scholarship for Female High Students Seeking Engineering Degrees

Dear Parents   My name is Terry Gryting and I am the scholarship chair for the Greatland Section of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). I am contacting you regarding our 2021 SWE Greatland Scholarships. We offer one scholarship in the amount of $2,000, and two scholarships in the amount of $1,500.   Each year we distribute our scholarship application across the state to female high school seniors who are planning to pursue a degree in engineering through an ABET-accredited program. Attached is a copy of this year's scholarship application. The application is formatted to be filled out on the computer, although hand-written forms are accepted as well. The application is due Wednesday, February 10, 2021, and is also posted on our website along with information about scholarships offered by SWE National (http://www.swealaska.org/scholarships.html).
