Last Day to Enroll for High School Summer School

All Day High school students taking summer school should have registered and paid through their school counselor or the BEST office, located at 520 Fifth Avenue, Fairbanks, by May 23rd. Students should refer to the 2013 High School Summer School Enrollment Form, available through their counselor and at the BEST office, for cost, attendance days and other information.
4th Quarter Homeschool Grade Reports Due

All Day Homeschool grade reports for 4th Quarter grades are due on Thursday, May 23, the last day of the school year. Grade Report Forms will be mailed out to BEST homeschool families. Extra forms are available in the BEST office and on the school website under "About" and "Homeschool Forms". If you have questions or need assistance with your student’s grade report, please contact the BEST office by calling 452-2000 ext. 2 and ask for your Education Specialist.
Early Dismissals from Attendance-Area Schools

All Day Students will be dismissed early from attendance-area schools the last three days of the school year, Tuesday-Thursday, May 21-23. If your student takes one or more classes at an attendance-area school, please contact that school for their early dismissal bell schedule.
Graduation Announcements Are Ready!
Graduation announcements for those who ordered them are now ready for pick up. They are being kept at the front desk in the BEST office.

TB Testing
If your BEST student needs a TB test, you may contact the school district nursing coordinator by calling 452-2000 ext. 11253 to schedule an individual appointment for TB testing.
